These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.drawever.com and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Drawever LTD ("Drawever", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Credits and Payments

  • New users receive 10 free credits upon registration.
  • Additional credits can be purchased through the Service. All purchases are processed by our third-party payment provider.
  • Each AI tool conversion costs a specified number of credits, displayed before you confirm the operation.
  • Credits are non-transferable and are tied to your account.
  • Purchased credits do not expire.
  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Create content depicting minors in inappropriate or exploitative contexts
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI models
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
  • Circumvent rate limits, credit systems, or other technical restrictions
  • Resell access to the Service without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of any images you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the requested AI transformation.

Generated Output

  • Free tier users: You may use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Paid users: You receive full commercial rights to use generated images without restriction, including for commercial projects, products, and marketing materials. No watermarks are applied.

Our Content

The Service, its design, logos, branding, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Drawever LTD and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

6. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
  • Processing times vary depending on server load. Typical conversions complete in under 15 seconds; during peak periods, processing may take 30-60 seconds.
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice when possible.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time.

7. Refund Policy

  • If you are unsatisfied with a conversion result, you may request a credit refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting contact@drawever.com.
  • Refunds are issued as credits back to your account or as a monetary refund to your original payment method, at our discretion.
  • Free credits are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will meet your specific expectations.
  • Drawever shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law.
  • Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and any unused credits will be forfeited, except where a refund is required by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the site. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
