Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Drawever's AI image processing platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Description of Service
Drawever provides AI-powered image processing tools including but not limited to:
- Photo to anime conversion
- Background removal
- Image upscaling
- Text to image generation
User Accounts
Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per user/organization
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful activities.
Credits and Payment
Credit System
- Credits are required to process images
- Credits do not expire once purchased
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
Refunds
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee with fair usage refunds. Refunds are calculated by deducting used credits at base price (10 credits = $1) from your purchase amount, regardless of which package you purchased. For example, if you buy a package but only use 20 credits worth, we deduct $2 (20 credits at base price) and refund the remaining amount. Contact support for refund requests.
Content Policy
Prohibited Content
You may not upload or process images containing:
- Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
- Copyrighted material without permission
- Harmful, threatening, or abusive content
- Adult content or nudity
- Content that violates third-party rights
Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of your uploaded images
- You own the processed results
- We do not claim ownership of your content
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
Intellectual Property
The Drawever platform, including its software, design, and algorithms, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains our exclusive property.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Limitation of Liability
Drawever shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Drawever harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
Modifications to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
